Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Site Engineer to support the supervision and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This chance is ideal for fresh B.Tech/Diploma graduates looking to develop practical site engineering and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations in accordance with design drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
Assist with site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
Participate in safety briefings and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.
Interpret technical drawings, schedules, and project plans.
Identify and address minor technical and site-related issues under senior guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech/Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication, teamwork, organizational,



and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Willingness to learn site management and technical skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
