Conceptual Design Architect

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Conceptual Design Architect with 6–8 years of experience to develop creative design concepts and translate project requirements into functional, aesthetically robust architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts based on the project brief, client requirements, and site conditions.
Prepare initial design options, sketches, massing studies, and 3D views.
Develop building layouts, space planning, and circulation concepts.
Explore faade designs, materials, and architectural styles.
Prepare concept presentations, diagrams, and design development drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and development guidelines.
Incorporate client feedback and refine designs through various stages.




Work closely with the design team to maintain design quality and project timelines.

Required Skills
Robust conceptual thinking and architectural design skills.
Good understanding of building planning, proportions, and spatial relationships.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent.
Valuable presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage design tasks independently and work within a team.

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural conceptual design.

Preferred Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale development projects.
