We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, explain Tally accounting software, and convert enquiries into sales. The role involves regular customer follow-ups, lead generation, customer handling, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM/database.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and explain Tally software features.
Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer details and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer onboarding and support.
Achieve assigned sales and call targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable customer convincing and communication skills in Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
