Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and project plans.
Monitor material requirements, equipment usage, and manpower allocation at the site.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities as per project requirements.
Maintain site documentation, work records, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, site execution, and project coordination.
Familiarity with site safety practices, quality control, and technical documentation.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and work effectively under deadlines.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering tools will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving site-related issues.
