Key Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and other project team members.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Ensure that work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.
Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and other project documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a protected working workplace.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.
Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the management.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to the project.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering.
