Key Responsibilities
Handle customer account servicing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and resolve Regulation E disputes in compliance with banking regulations.
Prepare and validate government reporting deliverables.
Support investor reporting processes with attention to detail and timeliness.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Banking domain experience (mandatory).
Solid data analysis skills with ability to interpret and present findings.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a US Shift and commit to 5 days of office presence.
