Job Summary

Responsible for managing and analyzing business data, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, maintaining and monitoring Functional Management System (FMS) sheets, ensuring data accuracy, and automating reporting processes to support management decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain data across multiple business sheets and systems.
Develop and monitor FMS trackers for order processing, billing, dispatch, inventory, and vendor payments.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Track operational performance, pending tasks, delays, and turnaround times (TAT).
Create reports, summaries, and dashboards to support management decisions.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Google Sheets, formulas, and Google Apps Script.
Coordinate with different departments to collect updates and maintain data consistency.
Maintain data records, documentation, and reporting systems.
Research and learn current tools and technologies related to Data Analytics, AI, and business process automation.
