We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team and help expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities
Handle membership enquiries from prospective individual and corporate members.
Explain membership advantages, facilities, packages, and approved pricing to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed memberships and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct facility tours and explain YMCA's offerings to prospective members.
Identify potential corporate clients and support corporate membership sales activities.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM.




Build relationships with existing members to generate referrals and new sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Telecalling team to improve lead conversion.

Candidate Profile
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to follow up consistently, handle objections, and close sales.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales, customer service, or membership-sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
