Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable teachers or tutors to teach secondary-level students. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly, encourage student participation, and support academic improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Teach assigned subjects to secondary-level students.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and study materials.
Conduct regular tests and assess student performance.
Identify learning difficulties and provide individual attention.
Maintain student attendance and academic progress records.
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Requirements
Graduation or postgraduation in the relevant subject.
Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
Patience and a student-focused approach.
Relevant teaching qualifications as required by the institution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
