Role & responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans, safety procedures, and risk assessments for EPC projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor safety during civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and equipment installation activities.
Ensure secure execution of high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, and electrical work.
Identify potential hazards, investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.




Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to project HSE requirements.
Maintain safety records, incident reports, statutory documentation, and HSE performance reports.
