We’re hiring: Security Architect

We are looking for a hands-on Security Architect to embed security throughout the product-development lifecycle. This role will work closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure customer-facing products, systems, APIs, and services are designed to withstand security threats.

Key responsibilities:
Define and maintain security architecture principles, standards, and reusable secure-design patterns
Review application, API, cloud, infrastructure, integration, and distributed-system architectures
Conduct threat modelling, security risk assessments, and design reviews
Identify attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and control gaps before they become incidents
Translate security risks into practical and scalable technical controls
Embed secure coding, testing, deployment, and operational practices into the development lifecycle




Establish appropriate security requirements and release gates
Assess third-party services, emerging technologies, and recent integrations
Support security reviews, audits, certifications, and compliance activities
Provide security guidance, training, and mentorship to technical teams

Required skills:
10+ years of cybersecurity, security architecture, or application-security experience
Hands-on experience securing customer-facing products
Solid knowledge of threat modelling, risk assessment, IAM, cloud security, and secure software development
Experience designing and reviewing security for applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and infrastructure
Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
