Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and interior execution activities at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural drawings, designs, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, architects, and interior designers.
Monitor project progress, quality of work, and timelines.
Maintain daily site reports, material records, and work progress updates.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety standards.
Identify and resolve in office execution issues.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in residential, commercial, or interior project execution.
Ability to read and understand architectural and working drawings.
Positive knowledge of construction materials, site measurements, and execution techniques.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
