We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our window installation projects from handover to completion. You will be responsible for managing in office installation teams (fitters and helpers), ensuring precision alignment, maintaining strict quality controls, and serving as the primary point of contact in office to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Execution
Daily Supervision: Oversee daily operations of fitters, fabricators, and helpers, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently.
Timeline Tracking: Monitor progress against the project schedule to ensure milestones are met on time.
Material Management: Verify incoming material deliveries (aluminum profiles, glass, hardware) for quantity and quality; track in office inventory and prevent wastage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
