Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily RCC conventional construction and finishing works at project sites.
Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing activities.
Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and engineers.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
Check workmanship and maintain required quality and safety standards.
Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at the site.
Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with the engineering team.
Maintain daily site reports, labour records, measurements,



and work progress updates.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Strong practical experience in RCC conventional construction and finishing works.
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects preferred.

Skills Required
Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
Contractor and labour management skills.
Understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
