Monitor the progress of work and ensure that tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, Site Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure the proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.
Check daily labour attendance and allocate work according to project requirements.
Report labour shortages, material requirements, and site issues to the concerned Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
Candidates with relevant construction or interior site supervision experience will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
