Conduct soft skills training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams.
Improve employees’ communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Train employees in qualified etiquette, grooming, telephone etiquette, and workplace behaviour.
Develop training materials, presentations, and role-play activities relevant to the automobile industry.
Provide training on customer satisfaction, complaint handling, negotiation, and relationship management.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for recent employees.
Assess employee performance before and after training and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and improve employee performance.
Motivate employees to maintain qualified standards and deliver excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
