Senior OT Technician – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre (OT) before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical operations.
Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
Handle, maintain, and troubleshoot OT equipment and surgical instruments.
Ensure availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and required equipment before procedures.
Monitor OT hygiene, infection control, and aseptic techniques.
Maintain OT records, sterilization logs, equipment checklists, and surgical documentation.
Supervise and guide junior OT technicians and support staff.
Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other departments for smooth OT operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and emergency procedures.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates of OT consumables.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
