Payroll Executive / HR Payroll JD (Short):
Process monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labor laws.
Handle employee salary structures, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Manage PF and ESIC registrations, contributions, and related documentation.
Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records in SAP S/4HANA.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll accuracy and compliance.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory advantages.
Ensure timely statutory filings and audits.
