Job Purpose: To handle customers, coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, and ensure timely delivery with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians and the spare parts department.
Update customers on repair status, cost, and delivery time.
Ensure quality checks and timely vehicle delivery.
Explain completed work and recommend periodic maintenance.
Handle customer complaints and follow up for feedback.
Maintain service records and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years in a two-wheeler workshop preferred.

Required Skills: Positive communication, customer handling, basic technical knowledge, computer skills, and team coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
