Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to Pega best practices
Own end-to-end technical design and architecture of Pega solutions




Drive advanced implementation across integration, security, error handling, reporting, decisioning, and UI/UX
Conduct peer code reviews, enforce guardrail compliance, and manage technical debt
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions
Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery
