Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain the required services and estimated costs.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
Explain repair estimates, additional work, and service recommendations.
Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
Maintain service records, job cards, and customer details accurately.
Promote additional services, accessories, and value-added services where applicable.
Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and improve satisfaction.
Achieve customer satisfaction, service revenue, and other assigned targets.





Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
