Role Focus: AMS / Production Support / Rollout & Implementation

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance
AMS, Production Support, Incident & Problem Management
GST and India Taxation Implementation & Support (Mandatory)
Proven experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects
Robust troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
Expertise in SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking
Expertise in SAP CO: Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Centers, COPA, and Settlements
FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules
ITIL processes, SLA-driven support, testing, and documentation

Key Responsibilities
Handle SAP FICO production incidents, service requests, and critical business issues.
Perform functional troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent issue resolution.
Manage incident priorities, SLAs, ticket ageing, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Support GST and Indian taxation processes, configuration, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Participate in S/4HANA implementation, rollout,



upgrade, enhancement, and stabilization activities.
Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, Security, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent skilled finance qualification.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, energy, EPC, or project-based industries.
Exposure to greenfield/brownfield migration, RISE with SAP, and transformation programs.
Experience leading or mentoring SAP FICO support teams.

Work Requirements
Mandatory onsite work at Hazira, Surat.
Must be comfortable working in shifts as per client requirements.
Alternate Saturdays are working days.
Follow the client’s holiday calendar and working hours.
