We are looking for detail-oriented specialists to manage inventory operations, coordinate with Mother Hub (MH) stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily syncs and follow-ups with MH POCs to track tasks, ensure adherence, and resolve operational issues.
Clean, validate, analyze, and publish reports and dashboards with high data accuracy.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain inventory reports and support operational performance tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Required Skills
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Solid communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and data validation accuracy.
Basic/Intermediate SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
