Leadership
Lead preparation of specifications from concept to IFC stage.
Ensure specifications meet codes, standards, and client expectations.
Represent the discipline in meetings and technical reviews.
Mentorship & Development
Provide oversight and mentoring to junior writers.
Deliver training on codes, standards, and innovations.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers to align specs with schedules and budgets.
Engage in vendor/product evaluations.
