Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in equipment.
Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Maintain service reports and equipment maintenance records.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Valuable technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
