Role & responsibilities
Acquire current customers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
Conduct field visits and centre meetings.
Explain loan products, terms, and repayment schedules to customers.
Complete customer KYC and loan documentation.
Ensure timely EMI collection and follow up on overdue payments.
Achieve assigned targets for customer acquisition and loan disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates residing within 20 km of the location will be preferred.
Communication, customer handling, sales, fieldwork, collection follow-up, teamwork, and target orientation.
