We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Service Helper to assist service engineers with installation, maintenance, repair, and field service activities. The candidate should have a basic technical understanding and a willingness to learn and grow in the service department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist service engineers and technicians with installation, servicing, and repair work.
Help handle, load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
Support technicians during customer visits and in office service activities.
Maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the work area clean.
Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by senior technicians.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to the service engineer.
Coordinate with team members to complete service tasks on time.
Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or ITI.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic technical knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred.
Willingness to learn technical and service-related work.
Valuable teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI candidates from relevant technical trades will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and assisting service engineers.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
