Role & responsibilities
Demonstration/Installation/Commissioning of Machine and system.
Installation, deployment, and testing of our custom developed software & equipment.
Training of Application and equipment
Provide customers a software technical support to resolve their issues. (Over call/remotely or on site)
Research and identify solutions for software and hardware issues and resolve.
Client coordination for Troubleshooting of issues related to applications, equipment or database.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Ensure all clients issues are logged, Prepare accurate and timely reports for that.
Should build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Work Experience as Technical Support Engineer,
Valuable verbal & written communication skills
Valuable Problem Solving & Relationship management skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ready for site visits
