What you will handle

Accounting & financial reporting
Day-to-day books of accounts, bank and vendor/customer reconciliations
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Preparing quarterly and annual financial results, including the supporting schedules, under SEBI (LODR) timelines
Preparing annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/AS)
Tracking and reporting related party transactions
Inter-company accounting across group entities

Audit & statutory compliance
Coordinating with statutory, internal, tax and secretarial auditors and closing audit queries on time
Supporting the Company Secretary with financial data for BSE filings, board meetings and the annual report




Supporting MCA/ROC filings such as AOC-4 and MGT-7

GST & taxes
GST on purchases and sales: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC tracking and annual returns
E-invoicing and e-way bill generation
TDS deduction, payment and returns; advance tax and income tax working with our consultants

International payments & shipping
Processing overseas supplier payments through the bank
Coordinating with our CHA on shipments, duty payments and documents
Accounting for customs duty, freight, shipping charges and forex differences

What we are looking for
B.Com/M.Com, BBA (Finance) or an equivalent commerce degree; CA Inter/CMA Inter is a plus
3–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in a textile or import/export business
Experience in a listed company or a CA firm handling listed clients is preferred
Hands-on with GST, TDS, e-way bills and audit coordination
Positive with Tally and Excel
Organised, deadline-driven and able to work independently

Location: Malad West, Mumbai (remote job)
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
