Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise team performance, workload, and productivity.
Oversee air cargo operations, including data capture, AWB verification, invoicing, and customer support.
Monitor KPIs, quality standards, deadlines, and operational backlogs.
Train team members, support current project implementations, and maintain SOPs.
Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with the Station Manager and Quality Specialists to ensure smooth operations.
