Sales & Outreach Lead

(In-house | Full time | In office – Noida, hybrid available)

The right outfit often reaches a woman through the right introduction. We’re looking for the person who builds those introductions, and turns them into orders.

Lehenga Lovestory is an ethnic fashion house with bridal at its heart. Our pieces are hand-embroidered and made to order, for every woman at the celebration.

Your Role A senior, hands-on role that owns relationship-led sales end to end: strategy, pipeline, closing and reporting. You’ll work closely with the founders, the concierge team and the marketing team.

What You’ll Work On
Build partnerships with bridal stylists, wedding planners and others who introduce the right customers
Grow a community of brides, families and partners around the brand, and bring what it teaches us back into the business
Lead exhibitions and showcases, in India and abroad, and the follow-up that comes after
Turn warm enquiries into design sessions with our concierge, and then into orders
Sell on experience and craft, not discounts




Report to the founders every month on pipeline, conversion and revenue

Who You Are
7–10 years in sales or partnerships, with at least 4 years owning targets yourself
Fashion, lifestyle, luxury or wedding industry experience is highly preferred
A track record you can show: revenue closed and partnerships built
A natural networker, at ease in the social circles where our customers live, celebrate and shop
You know our customer deeply: how she shops, who she trusts and what she’s planning for
Fluent in English and Hindi; willing to travel
