Responsibilities
To develop a detailed project plan, schedule, monitor and have an agile (iterative) approach, ensuring timely & quality deliveries.
Ensure proper resource allocation & keep close track of the budget

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve the same, keep the client updated & set expectations accordingly
Embrace changes in the due course of the project, making quick decisions to address the same, reinventing the plan to ensure that the deliveries are not hampered
Create functional documents, requisite sheets, monthly reports etc.

Monitor, Analyze, Report & do Integrity checks etc. once the project has gone live.
Collaborate & develop long-lasting relations with client, vendors & internal stakeholders
Have a solution-oriented approach towards any roadblock/crisis at any given time during the project and the ability to manage the situation independently with authority

Success Profile
Familiar with Project Management methodologies like Scrum/Agile/Jira




Fluent in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail: ability to think through all minor aspects in detail, be thorough and accurate while accomplishing a task
Planning & Organizing: establish a systematic course of action to ensure accomplishment of a specific Objective/task, determine priorities and allocate time and resources effectively

Career management, performance management of the teams

Craft Proposals
Well versed with any technology project management Web technologies, Data warehouse and Business Intelligence, Cloud, Big Data etc
Collaboration: Build rapport, develops, and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers & stakeholders

Communication: establish transparent line of communication with clients and key stakeholders
Education: B. E, B. Tech, Masters, Bachelors in Statistics/Economics
