Program Increment (PI) Planning & Execution
Facilitate PI Planning events and ensure alignment across teams.
Support ART execution and track progress against PI objectives.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve impediments.
Monitor ART performance metrics and delivery outcomes.
Agile Coaching & Facilitation
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and teams on Secure principles and Agile best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk & Dependency Management
Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
Escalate critical blockers to leadership when required.
Manage inter-team and external dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and leadership teams.
Provide regular status updates on ART health, delivery progress, risks, and achievements.
Drive alignment between business priorities and execution teams.
Metrics & Reporting
Track and report Agile and delivery metrics, including:
- PI Objectives achievement
Velocity and predictability
Cycle time and lead time
Defect trends
Dependency and risk status
Use data-driven insights to improve ART performance.
Continuous Improvement
Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Identify prospects to improve processes, quality, and delivery efficiency.
Promote Lean-Agile mindset and operational excellence.
