HR Executive – Recruitment & General HR

:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and basic HR operations, including:
Handling end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and follow-ups.
Coordinating interview schedules and candidate communication.
Managing joining formalities, employee documentation and onboarding.
Maintaining employee records, attendance and leave data.
Assisting with HR policies, employee queries and day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Prior experience in HR will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
