Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
Create, plan and publish engaging content, including reels, stories, posts and promotional creatives.
Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
Come up with fresh, creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, reels and brand promotions.
Design visually appealing social media creatives, posts and stories using Canva or other graphic design tools.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, especially in the fashion and apparel industry, and suggest ways to incorporate them into the brand's content.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and execution.
Monitor engagement, follower growth and overall social media performance.
Contribute to increasing brand awareness, audience engagement and online reach.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, product details and orders through calls or messages.
Respond to customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Handle additional day-to-day tasks and responsibilities as required, depending on business needs and priorities.

Candidate Requirements




1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or a related field.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels and current social media trends.
A creative mindset with the ability to independently generate fresh content ideas and execute them.
Knowledge of graphic designing and the ability to create attractive social media creatives, posts and promotional content.
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Good communication, creative thinking and organisational skills.
Ability to plan content and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good customer handling, communication and follow-up skills.
Candidates with experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be preferred.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities in a startup workplace.
