Government Accounting Rules, Treasury Rules, procurement regulations, and applicable financial guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), financial MIS, ERP/accounting systems, and dashboard/reporting tools.
Experience in preparing financial statements, budget proposals, sanction orders, audit responses, policy notes, concept papers, management reports, and presentations.
