Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, statutory compliance, and financial analysis for our automobile dealership business.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
Monitor dealership profitability, revenue, operating expenses, and cost optimization.
Perform financial ratio analysis and provide insights for management decision-making.
Manage cash flow, working capital, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
Monitor vehicle inventory accounting, sales reconciliation, service revenue, and spare parts accounting.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.




Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
Supervise the accounts team and coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and other departments.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
Expertise in Cost Control, Ratio Analysis, Profitability Analysis, and Working Capital Management.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Candidate Requirements:
CA Inter / CA Final.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Automobile dealership experience preferred, particularly in multi-outlet operations.
Robust financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Industry: Automobile Dealership, Automotive Retail, Automobile Finance & Accounts.
