Candidates should be adaptable to work at the allocated store/location as per business requirement.Job PurposeTo be the face of Asian Paints at Colourideas (CI) stores by providing expert, personalized colour consultations towalk-in customers, ensuring an engaging experience that drives sales of Asian Paints products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesA) Customer Consultation & Décor Advisoryprinciples.B) Sales & ConversionC) Technology & Store Journeybusiness.contractors.
Deliver expert, personalized colour consultations as per customer preference.
Recommend colour schemes, finishes, textures,



wallpapers and décor styles using colour theory and lighting
Create personalized mood boards and shade combinations for different rooms and styles.
Proactively engage walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Promote and drive sales of Premium & Luxury product categories and achieve monthly targets.
Cross-sell and upsell; convert eligible consultations for painting service (BHPS) and allied services.
Operate digital tools such as Colour Visualizer, shade tools and AR/VR experiences in store.
Demonstrate product looks and combinations using visualization software.
Follow up on digital/store leads, support online-to-offline customer journeys and make cold calls to generate
Maintain accurate records of consultations and daily reporting; coordinate with Customer Associates and

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
