Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
Handle internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance, expenses, and profitability.
Manage financial controls, risk assessment, and process improvements.
Advise management on financial planning, cost optimization, and business decisions.
Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership of ICAI.
Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management.
Robust knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
