Job Title: Field Collections Executive / Field Collection Officer

Role Purpose: Responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring recovery targets are achieved while following company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers at their residences, offices, or business locations to collect overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment commitments.
Negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
Verify customer information and update records in collection systems.
Maintain accurate reports of collection activities and daily visits.
Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.




Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and customer service.

Required Skills
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
Basic knowledge of collections, recovery, and financial products.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Familiarity with mobile applications or collection management systems.
Time management and route-planning skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or financial services is advantageous.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
