We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecounsellor to connect with prospective students, explain courses and career prospects, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects.
Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.
Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain daily calling reports and update lead information in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
Salary ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus incentives as per company policy.
