Role: Senior Telecaller / Patient Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective IVF patients and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing.
Explain IVF services, appointments, and treatment processes in a patient-friendly manner.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain patient databases, lead records, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and the marketing team.
Handle patient queries with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Guide junior telecallers and monitor team performance and lead conversion.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in IVF, healthcare, or fertility clinics.
Excellent communication and counselling skills in Hindi and English.
Robust follow-up, persuasion, and patient relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel proficiency.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
