Responsible for evaluating and executing principal investment opportunities across sectors, including growth equity, late-stage, pre-IPO and secondary transactions.
Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from deal sourcing, screening and due diligence to financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations and transaction closure.
Lead investment analysis, prepare investment committee presentations and coordinate with legal, financial and other external advisors through definitive documentation.
Oversee portfolio investments, monitor performance and identify value-creation prospects to maximise returns.
Work closely with senior leadership and investment committees on investment decisions, transaction execution and portfolio strategy.
