We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team at the All India Football Federation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in strength and conditioning, with excellent coaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance player performance and fitness.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and provide personalized feedback.
Collaborate with other coaches and trainers to ensure consistent training methods and practices.
Design and lead strength and conditioning sessions, including exercises, drills, and games.
Maintain accurate records of player progress, injuries, and illnesses.




Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in strength and conditioning, applying this knowledge to improve training methods.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach or similar role.
Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, techniques, and equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
