Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to newborns, pediatric patients, and gynecological patients in the NICU, ward, OT, LDR, emergency department, casualty, picu, or operation theatre settings.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to senior staff members.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
