Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
Design and develop scalable web applications using up-to-date technologies.
Oversee technical architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive best practices in development, deployment, and team collaboration.
Required Technical Skills
Robust hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Angular.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL database design and optimisation.
Experience with Docker for containerisation and deployment.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and software development best practices.
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Preferred
Experience in enterprise applications, ERP integrations, or manufacturing digital transformation projects.
