Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Negotiate salary packages, discuss offer details, and manage offer rollouts and follow-ups.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and candidate databases.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining commitments and reduce offer dropouts.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, job portals, and HRMS/ATS tools.
Good understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiations, and offer management.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
4–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Experience in corporate, retail, e-commerce, or multi-location hiring will be preferred.
Proven track record of closing positions within defined timelines.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
