BluthSolar is looking for a technically skilled and experienced Solar Technician with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in solar installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain On-Grid and Off-Grid solar power systems.
Perform solar panel mounting, inverter installation, wiring, and electrical connections.
Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out repairs.
Understand solar components, system installation, earthing, and electrical safety.
Ensure quality installation and proper functioning of solar systems at project sites.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in solar projects is mandatory.
Practical experience in On-Grid and Off-Grid solar installations.
Solid technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, DC/AC wiring, and electrical components.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
