Skill & Experience Requirements:
Must have over 5 years of experience in Java
Must be proficient in microservices architecture
Must have a good understanding of Java, J2EE, OOPs design skills and understanding of design patterns including Spring, Spring Boot
Need a Good understanding of jQuery / HTML / CSS / Javascript
Must be a subject matter expert capable of proposing the right technology solutions to the Project Managers and clients
Experience in managing complex projects with a high level of technical complexity
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.,



JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
Robust understanding of technical integrations, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to maintain solid client relationships, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively.
Skilled at identifying issues, assessing potential risks, and implementing effective solutions.
Must be updated on the latest technological advancements and versions
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be willing to work in adaptable shifts, client-specific shifts, to support global clients across different time zones and meet business requirements.
