Finance FP&A; - Manager/ Sr Manager

Reporting To: Accounting Function Head

Position Purpose: To lead FP&A; function for manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate Financial Reporting and Audit Support (Statutory and Internal).

Profile:
Solid understanding of manufacturing finance, FP&A;, IND-AS and accounting along with Audit management experience
Hands-on experience in SAP-enabled manufacturing environments.
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and plant management teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial and business-oriented mindset
Financial Reporting & Controls:

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Prepare management reports, dashboards and analysis on revenue, costs, margins and profitability, ROCE
